Our solution
is different
THE ONLY RELIABLE AND
ECO-FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY FOR THE RECOVERY AND SEPARATION OF OILS, DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED IN ITALY.
We combined a peristaltic pump with a preparation tank; and added a control and separation valve deriving from the aeronautical world. We made a simple and heavy-duty structure made of stainless material, which can be easily and quickly transported all over the world.
It is the sum of available, tried, and tested solutions.

DOES IT LOOK EASY?
We have worked since 2015 to make our equipment perfectly calibrated and reliable. We mounted it on an oil recovery ship – the Orca – that has performed numerous real-life operations at sea in different conditions and seasons of testing.

WHAT IS THE RESULT?
We separate 99.9% of hydrocarbons from water – fresh or saltwater – and recover up to 6,000 liters (1320 gallons) of dispersed product with a single machine.
And that’s not all!
Our process
The entire process is mechanical: there are no filters, chemicals, or disposable products. We leverage the natural physical properties of the different materials.

FINALLY, IT MAY BE SHIPPED ANYWHERE BY LAND – ON A VAN – OR BY AIR – ON A PALLET.
We plan to equip it with inflatable tanks (derived from the scuba diving sector) to collect the substances and store them safely at sea before the arrival of a suitable cargo ship.
What next?
We want to batch-produce it.
